Description

These frozen banana Snickers are a refreshing and wholesome treat made with creamy bananas, rich peanut butter, crunchy peanuts, and smooth dark chocolate. Perfect for healthy snacking or easy no-bake desserts, they taste indulgent while staying light and satisfying.

Ingredients

2 medium ripe bananas

4 tablespoons peanut butter

45 tablespoons dark chocolate, melted

1/4 teaspoon coconut oil

3 tablespoons chopped peanuts

Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each banana in half lengthwise, then cut each piece in half again to create 8 banana slabs.
  3. Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter over each banana piece.
  4. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and a pinch of flaky sea salt on top of the peanut butter.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil in short intervals until smooth and glossy.
  6. Drizzle or coat each banana slice with the melted chocolate.
  7. Place the banana treats in the freezer for at least 60 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
  8. Serve directly from the freezer for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

Use almond butter, cashew butter, or sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter if desired.

Add crushed pretzels, granola, or cacao nibs for extra crunch.

Drizzle maple syrup into the peanut butter layer for added sweetness.

Use white chocolate or dairy-free chocolate for variation.

Fully dip the banana pieces in chocolate for a thicker coating.

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Separate layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Let sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes before eating for a softer texture.
