Description

A refreshing no-cook dessert featuring a thick watermelon slice topped with creamy yogurt and colorful fresh fruit. Perfect for summer gatherings, healthy snacking, or a light sweet treat.


Ingredients

1 watermelon

1 cup coconut yogurt (or Greek yogurt for non-vegan)

1/2 cup strawberries, sliced in half

1/2 cup raspberries

1/2 cup cherries

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

Honey or maple syrup, optional


Instructions

  1. Cut a watermelon slice through the center of the watermelon, about 2–3 inches thick.
  2. Place the watermelon slice on a flat surface and spread an even layer of yogurt over the top, leaving a small border around the edge.
  3. Arrange the strawberries, raspberries, cherries, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds over the yogurt.
  4. Add additional fruit toppings as desired.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if using.
  6. Slice into wedges and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use coconut yogurt and maple syrup to keep the recipe vegan.

Try kiwi, mango, pineapple, peaches, grapes, or blackberries as alternative toppings.
