Description

These Rolo Pretzels are sweet, salty, and incredibly easy to make with crunchy pretzels, soft caramel-filled chocolate candies, and festive toppings. Perfect for holiday dessert trays, parties, and homemade gifts, they come together in just minutes.

Ingredients

56 pretzel snaps

56 Rolo candies, unwrapped

56 Christmas M&M’s or toasted whole pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the pretzel snaps in a single layer across the prepared baking sheets.
  3. Place one unwrapped Rolo candy in the center of each pretzel.
  4. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes until the Rolos become soft and glossy without fully melting.
  5. Remove the trays from the oven and immediately press a Christmas M&M or toasted pecan into the center of each softened candy.
  6. Allow the pretzels to cool completely until the candies firm up again.
  7. For faster setting, refrigerate the trays for 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later.

Notes

Do not overbake the Rolos or they may melt too much and lose their shape.

Use seasonal candies for different holidays and celebrations.

Drizzle melted white chocolate over cooled pretzels for extra sweetness and decoration.

Swap pretzel snaps for waffle pretzels or mini twists for a different texture.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

Refrigerate if your kitchen is warm to keep the chocolate firm.

Freeze in airtight containers for up to 2 months and thaw before serving.
