Description

This keto Alfredo sauce is rich, creamy, and full of savory parmesan flavor with a smooth buttery texture. It comes together quickly and pairs perfectly with chicken, vegetables, or low-carb pasta alternatives.


Ingredients

1/3 cup butter

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

A pinch of nutmeg


Instructions
