Description

Golden Pillow Puffs with Cinnamon Sugar Bliss are irresistibly fluffy, oven-baked bites dusted in sweet cinnamon sugar. Quick, easy, and made with simple pantry ingredients, these puffs are the perfect no-fry dessert for cozy snacking, brunch tables, or effortless sweet cravings.

Ingredients

All-purpose flour

Baking powder

Salt

Milk

Butter (plus extra for brushing)

Cinnamon sugar

Honey (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

  • Add milk and melted butter; stir to form a soft dough.

  • Knead the dough gently on a floured surface until smooth.

  • Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into squares.

  • Place squares on prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and puffed.

  • Brush warm puffs with melted butter and toss in cinnamon sugar.

  • Serve warm, optionally drizzled with honey.

Notes

Add nutmeg, cardamom, or vanilla extract for extra flavor.

For a savory version, skip cinnamon sugar and brush with garlic butter.

Reheat leftovers in a 300°F oven for 5–7 minutes.

Dough can be refrigerated overnight before baking.

Puffs are best fresh but can be frozen and reheated.
