Instructions
- Prepare the pineapple: Cut off the crown and base, then slice off the skin and remove the brown ‘eyes.’ Slice the pineapple into rings or chunks.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Add flavor: Optionally sprinkle pineapple with ground cinnamon, drizzle with honey, or sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Air fry: Place the pineapple slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 6-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and caramelized.
- Serve: Allow the caramelized pineapple to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve as-is or with ice cream, yogurt, pancakes, or oatmeal.

For even caramelization, slice the pineapple into uniform pieces.
