Ingredients
For the Dish:
1 lb chicken breast (diced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon ranch seasoning mix
1 lb potato gnocchi
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crispy grilled chicken strips (cut into small pieces)
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the Chicken:
In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook diced chicken until no longer pink. Remove from the skillet and set aside. -
