Description

Cream Cheese Hot Honey Crostini combines crispy toasted baguette slices with creamy cream cheese and a drizzle of sweet-spicy hot honey. This elegant appetizer is quick to prepare and perfect for parties, gatherings, or a flavorful snack.


Ingredients

1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

8 oz cream cheese, softened

3 tbsp hot honey

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)

Fresh thyme or rosemary leaves for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil on both sides and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow the slices to cool slightly.
  5. Spread a generous layer of softened cream cheese onto each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Drizzle the hot honey evenly over the cream cheese.
  7. Sprinkle with red chili flakes if using.
  8. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary leaves.
  9. Finish with a light pinch of salt and pepper.
  10. Serve immediately.
