Description

A rich and creamy cookie butter cold foam with warm spiced notes, perfect for elevating iced coffee or cold brew into a café-style treat.

Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup 2% milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup cookie butter, warmed

Instructions

  1. Warm the cookie butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds until smooth and pourable.
  2. Add the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract to the warmed cookie butter and mix until fully combined.
  3. Use an electric whisk or frother to whip the mixture until light, airy, and thick enough to hold its shape.
  4. Spoon the cold foam over iced coffee, cold brew, or your preferred drink and serve immediately.

Notes

Best used immediately for the fluffiest texture.

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days and re-whisk before using.

Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra spice.

Use half-and-half for a lighter version.

Top with crushed cookies for added texture and flavor.
