Description
Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes are a quick, easy, and crispy side dish made with fresh rosemary, garlic powder, and olive oil. Cooked in the air fryer, they offer the perfect crunch without the need for deep frying.
Ingredients
1 ½ pounds potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through (at the 10-minute mark) for even cooking.
- Once golden brown and crispy, remove the potatoes and serve immediately as a side dish or snack.
Notes
For a cheesy version, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the potatoes after cooking.
If you like heat, add cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
Try other herbs like thyme or oregano if you prefer a different flavor profile.
