Description

Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes are a quick, easy, and crispy side dish made with fresh rosemary, garlic powder, and olive oil. Cooked in the air fryer, they offer the perfect crunch without the need for deep frying.

Ingredients

1 ½ pounds potatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoons fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried)

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through (at the 10-minute mark) for even cooking.
  5. Once golden brown and crispy, remove the potatoes and serve immediately as a side dish or snack.

Notes

For a cheesy version, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the potatoes after cooking.

If you like heat, add cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.

Try other herbs like thyme or oregano if you prefer a different flavor profile.
