Description

These 4-ingredient pepper pizza bites are the perfect low-carb, quick, and delicious snack for pizza lovers. Made with mini bell peppers, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and mini pepperoni, these pizza bites are the perfect way to enjoy a healthier, crunchy version of pizza in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

8 ounces mini bell peppers (about 8 peppers), sliced in half lengthwise and seeded

3/4 cup marinara sauce

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 ounce mini pepperoni slices

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Place the sliced mini bell peppers on the baking sheet, cut sides up.

  • Using a small spoon, divide the marinara sauce between the peppers.

  • Top each pepper with shredded mozzarella cheese.

  • Place 3 mini pepperoni slices on top of the cheese in each pepper.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes.

  • Switch the oven’s broiler to High and broil the peppers for about 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.

  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Veggie Option: Swap mini pepperoni for sliced vegetables like mushrooms, olives, or onions for a vegetarian option.

Spicy Kick: Add red pepper flakes or sliced jalapeños for extra heat.

Herb-Infused: Sprinkle dried oregano, basil, or garlic powder on top for additional flavor.
