These 4-ingredient pepper pizza bites are the perfect low-carb, quick, and delicious snack for pizza lovers. Made with mini bell peppers, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and mini pepperoni, these pizza bites are the perfect way to enjoy a healthier, crunchy version of pizza in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients
8 ounces mini bell peppers (about 8 peppers), sliced in half lengthwise and seeded
3/4 cup marinara sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 ounce mini pepperoni slices
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the sliced mini bell peppers on the baking sheet, cut sides up.

Using a small spoon, divide the marinara sauce between the peppers.

Top each pepper with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Place 3 mini pepperoni slices on top of the cheese in each pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes.

Switch the oven’s broiler to High and broil the peppers for about 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
