Description

Whipped Coffee (Dalgona) is a creamy, indulgent coffee drink made by whipping instant coffee, sugar, and hot water to create a frothy, thick texture, then serving it over milk. A perfect treat that’s customizable and quick to make!


Ingredients

1 tablespoon instant coffee

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 tablespoon hot water

6 ounces milk (hot or cold, depending on preference)


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
  2. Use an electric mixer on high speed to whisk the mixture for 5-7 minutes until it becomes thick and creamy.
