Ingredients

- 1/4 cup pecans (or walnuts), chopped
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Coconut aminos (optional)
Instructions
