This Two-Ingredient Pizza Dough is simple and quick, made with just self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. It yields a crispy, golden crust perfect for any pizza creation.

1 ½ cups self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
- In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt together to form a dough.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes, adding more flour as needed to prevent stickiness.
- Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray and spread the dough out to the edges of the pan.
- Bake the pizza crust in the preheated oven for 5–7 minutes, until the crust begins to firm up.
- Add your favorite pizza toppings and return to the oven for another 5–7 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
