Description

This Two-Ingredient Pizza Dough is simple and quick, made with just self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. It yields a crispy, golden crust perfect for any pizza creation.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups self-rising flour, plus more for kneading

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt together to form a dough.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes, adding more flour as needed to prevent stickiness.
  4. Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray and spread the dough out to the edges of the pan.
  5. Bake the pizza crust in the preheated oven for 5–7 minutes, until the crust begins to firm up.
  6. Add your favorite pizza toppings and return to the oven for another 5–7 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

Brush the dough with garlic butter or olive oil before baking for an extra burst of flavor.

Use whole wheat self-rising flour for a healthier version.

Try adding cheese around the edges to make a stuffed crust pizza.

Divide the dough into smaller portions to make mini pizzas.
