Ingredients
- 48 oz frozen homestyle meatballs
- 12 oz sweet red chili sauce (Thai Kitchen recommended)
- 20 oz grape jelly
- 20 oz can of pineapple tidbits, drained
Instructions
- Prepare the Slow Cooker:
- Place the frozen meatballs in your crockpot.
- Add the Sauce:
- Pour in the sweet chili sauce and grape jelly.
- Add Pineapple:
- Stir in the drained pineapple tidbits.
- Cook:
- Cover and cook on high for 1-2 hours or low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve:
- Stir well before serving and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
