Ingredients
For the Beef and Marinade:
1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1-inch ginger, minced
For the Noodles and Veggies:
8 oz egg noodles or rice noodles
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
2 green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

Marinate the Beef:
In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable oil. Marinate for 15-30 minutes. -
Prepare the Sauce:
In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set aside. -
Cook the Noodles:
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside. -
Stir-Fry the Beef:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and stir-fry the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside. -
Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add the bell pepper and broccoli. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender. Add the beef back into the skillet and pour the sauce over. Stir to combine. -
Combine and Serve:
Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet with the beef and vegetables. Stir to coat everything evenly with the sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
