Description

S’mores Sushi is a fun twist on the classic s’mores treat. Flour tortillas are filled with melted chocolate, gooey mini marshmallows, and crunchy graham cracker crumbs, creating a playful, bite-sized dessert perfect for parties or game days.

Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tablespoons butter

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cooking spray (optional, for toasting)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  2. Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface and spread a thin layer of the melted chocolate mixture across each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs evenly over the chocolate layer.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly to create a log shape. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, unwrap and slice into 1-inch pieces to create sushi-style rounds.
  6. For a toasted finish, lightly spray the tops with cooking spray and broil for 1–2 minutes until marshmallows are golden. Alternatively, use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows.
  7. Serve the s’mores sushi rolls as-is or with extra melted chocolate for dipping.

Notes

For a peanut butter twist, spread peanut butter on the tortilla before adding the chocolate mixture.

To make a vegan version, use dairy-free chocolate, vegan marshmallows, and vegan tortillas.

Serve with extra melted chocolate or a chocolate ganache for an indulgent touch.

If you prefer a more campfire-like flavor, use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows.
