Description

Smoky Maple Glazed Salmon Bites are tender pieces of salmon coated in a sweet and smoky maple glaze. With a rich blend of flavors from smoked paprika and maple syrup, these bites are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skin removed

¼ cup pure maple syrup

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the maple syrup, smoked paprika, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Marinate the salmon pieces in the maple glaze for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated salmon and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately as an appetizer or main dish.

Notes

For added spice, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the glaze.

If using frozen salmon, be sure to thaw it completely before marinating and cooking.

Serve with roasted vegetables or a salad to make this a complete meal.
