Ingredients
1 pre-made pizza dough
2 medium-sized potatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz smoked salmon, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh dill or chives, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper to coat evenly.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Evenly spread the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza dough.
- Arrange the thin potato slices on top of the cheese, slightly overlapping to cover the pizza.
- Sprinkle a little more salt and pepper over the potato layer for extra seasoning.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges of the crust are golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
- Once the pizza is out of the oven, lay the smoked salmon slices evenly over the top.
- Finish by sprinkling fresh dill or chives over the pizza for an aromatic touch.
- Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Optionally, drizzle sour cream or crème fraîche over the slices for an extra layer of richness and flavor.

If you prefer a crispier crust, pre-bake the pizza dough for 5-10 minutes before adding the toppings.
