Description

A cozy, fuss-free slow cooker meal featuring juicy Italian sausages simmered in spaghetti sauce with peppers and onions—perfect for hoagies, rice, or pasta.


Ingredients

8 (4-ounce) fresh Italian sausage links

1 (26-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce

1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips

1 onion, sliced

6 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise (optional)


Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
