Description

Ingredients

1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

2 cups heavy cream

6 cups milk

1 12 oz package high-quality white chocolate chips

1 15 oz can pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

Whipped cream (for topping)


Instructions

  1. In a 6-quart slow cooker, combine sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Stir in white chocolate chips until fully incorporated.
  4. Set the slow cooker to low for 3 hours or high for 1.5 hours, stirring frequently.

Notes

For a richer flavor, substitute white chocolate chips with dark chocolate chips.
