Ingredients
- 12 ounces cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail removed
- ½ cup fresh lime juice
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 2 medium jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 green onions, diced
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Shrimp: Chop the cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces and place them in a medium bowl.
- Marinate: Pour fresh lime juice over the shrimp, ensuring they are well-coated. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Combine Ingredients: Add diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, cilantro, green onions, and salt. Mix well.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
