1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups chicken broth
Instructions

- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in an even layer in the slow cooker.
- Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.

Add smoked paprika, chili powder, or cumin for Tex-Mex flavor.
Use Italian seasoning or dried herbs for pasta dishes or casseroles.
Swap some broth for salsa for a tangy variation.
Finish with lemon juice for extra brightness.
Use a mix of chicken breasts and thighs for richer flavor.
