Description
A playful Shirley Temple float made with creamy vanilla ice cream, fizzy lemon-lime soda, and sweet grenadine, finished with festive maraschino cherries for a nostalgic no-fuss dessert drink.
Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 ounce grenadine syrup
6 ounces lemon-lime soda, chilled
Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Instructions
- Chill a tall glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes.
- Scoop two generous portions of vanilla ice cream into the chilled glass.
- Slowly drizzle the grenadine syrup over the ice cream to create a swirl.
- Tilt the glass slightly and carefully pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda.
- Top with one or two maraschino cherries.
- Serve immediately with a straw and long spoon.
