Description

A flavorful salmon pizza topped with tender flaky salmon, garlic butter, melted mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and fresh green onions on a golden crust.


Ingredients

1 (13.8-ounce) prepared pizza crust

1/2 pound salmon fillets, skin removed

2 tablespoons minced garlic, divided

2 teaspoons garlic salt, divided

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook salmon with 1 tablespoon minced garlic and 1 teaspoon garlic salt for about 3–4 minutes, until opaque and flaky. Set aside.
  3. Place pizza crust on a greased rimmed baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with remaining 1 tablespoon minced garlic and 1 teaspoon garlic salt.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Evenly distribute cooked salmon over the crust.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and green onions.
  8. Bake for 22–24 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Pre-cook the salmon to ensure it is fully done before baking.

Avoid excess moisture from toppings to prevent a soggy crust.

For extra creaminess, spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the crust before adding toppings.

Reheat in a 350°F oven for best texture.
