Ingredients
1 (13.8-ounce) prepared pizza crust
1/2 pound salmon fillets, skin removed
2 tablespoons minced garlic, divided
2 teaspoons garlic salt, divided
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook salmon with 1 tablespoon minced garlic and 1 teaspoon garlic salt for about 3–4 minutes, until opaque and flaky. Set aside.
- Place pizza crust on a greased rimmed baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter with remaining 1 tablespoon minced garlic and 1 teaspoon garlic salt.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the crust.
- Evenly distribute cooked salmon over the crust.
- Top with shredded mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and green onions.
- Bake for 22–24 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Pre-cook the salmon to ensure it is fully done before baking.
Avoid excess moisture from toppings to prevent a soggy crust.
For extra creaminess, spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the crust before adding toppings.
Reheat in a 350°F oven for best texture.
