Description
The Refreshing Raspberry Cheesecake Freakshake combines cheesecake, vanilla ice cream, fresh raspberries, and tangy raspberry syrup, topped with whipped cream, graham cracker crumbs, and white chocolate sauce for a fun and indulgent dessert drink.
Ingredients
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup milk (whole or non-dairy)
1/4 cup cheesecake chunks (bite-sized, frozen for best texture)
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup raspberry syrup
Whipped cream (for topping)
Graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)
Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
White chocolate sauce (for drizzling and decorating)
Instructions
- Prepare the glass: Drizzle white chocolate sauce along the inside of a tall milkshake glass. For extra flair, dip the rim in melted white chocolate and roll it in graham cracker crumbs. Place the glass in the freezer to chill while you make the shake.
- Blend the base: In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, milk, cheesecake chunks, and fresh raspberries. Blend until smooth and thick—don’t over-blend if you want some cheesecake bits to remain for texture!
- Layer with syrup: Add a spoonful of raspberry syrup to the bottom of the prepared glass. Pour in some of the shake, then swirl in more syrup. Repeat to create a marbled effect.
- Top it off: Spoon or pipe whipped cream generously over the top of the shake.
- Garnish: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the whipped cream and top with a few fresh raspberries. Drizzle with more white chocolate sauce for that final wow factor.
- Serve immediately: Add a straw and enjoy this berrylicious beauty while it’s cold and creamy!
Notes
You can substitute the raspberry syrup with strawberry, blueberry, or mixed berry syrup for a different fruity flavor.
For a richer taste, use cheesecake-flavored ice cream in place of vanilla ice cream.
Make this dairy-free by swapping in plant-based ice cream, milk, and coconut whipped topping.
The shake is best enjoyed immediately, but the base can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 day.
