Description

Pizza Stuffed Crescent Rolls are a quick, easy, and delicious snack combining the savory flavors of pizza with the buttery, flaky texture of crescent roll dough. Stuffed with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce, they’re perfect for any occasion and ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

1 pack of crescent roll dough (8 pieces)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (feel free to mix in other cheeses like cheddar or pepper jack)

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Optional toppings: Chopped bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, or cooked sausage (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and place the oven rack in the center for even cooking.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Open the crescent roll dough tube and lay out each triangle on parchment paper or a greased baking sheet.
  3. Assemble the Rolls: Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each dough triangle. Add shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, and any optional toppings of your choice. Top with a little extra cheese if desired.
  4. Roll & Seal: Starting from the wide end of the triangle, roll the dough tightly toward the point. Seal the edges to prevent any filling from leaking out during baking.
  5. Bake: Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  6. Serve: Remove from the oven and serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Get creative with your pizza rolls! Add vegetables like bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms for extra flavor.

If you like spice, try adding jalapeños or hot sausage to the rolls.

Mix different cheeses like cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack for a fun flavor twist.
