Description

These Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies are a quick and easy treat that combines rich peanut butter, oats, and sweetness for a chewy, satisfying dessert. Perfect for anyone craving a homemade dessert without the need for baking, these cookies are ready in just an hour!

Ingredients

3 cups of quick-cooking oats

¼ teaspoon of salt

½ cup of butter

2 cups of sugar

½ cup of milk

1 cup of peanut butter

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, and milk. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Let it boil for 1 minute.

  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until the peanut butter is melted and fully combined.

  • Add the oats and salt to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until everything is well mixed.

  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper or wax paper and let the cookies cool for about 1 hour until set.

Notes

You can add chocolate chips or cocoa powder for a chocolatey twist.

Substitute peanut butter with almond or cashew butter for a different flavor.

Add nuts, like walnuts or almonds, for added crunch.

These cookies are perfect for a quick, no-bake dessert or snack.
