Description

Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup butter, softened

1 cup chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup milk


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder and softened butter, mixing until thick and uniform.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and milk until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Using the parchment paper to guide, roll the mixture tightly into a log shape.
  6. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm.
  7. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
