Description

Peanut Butter Apple Sandwiches with Granola are a quick, healthy snack combining crunchy apples, creamy peanut butter, and crunchy granola. This delicious and nutritious treat is perfect for a quick bite, lunchboxes, or an easy snack that both kids and adults will love.

Ingredients

Apples (any variety)

Peanut butter (creamy works best)

Granola (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  • Core and Slice the Apples:
Slice the apples into 8-10 rounds. Use an apple corer for easy preparation.

  • Spread Peanut Butter:
Pat one side of each apple slice dry and spread peanut butter on it.

  • Add Granola:
Sprinkle granola on the peanut butter-coated apple slices.

  • Make Sandwiches:
Place another apple slice on top to create a sandwich.

Notes

Storage: Best eaten fresh, but you can store in an airtight container with a little lemon juice to prevent browning for up to 2 days.

Customization: Try different nut butters like almond or sunflower seed butter. You can also add mini chocolate chips or raisins for extra sweetness.

No Need to Reheat: These sandwiches are best enjoyed cold and don’t require reheating.
