Description

Nutella Banana Greek Yogurt Popsicles are a creamy, refreshing summer treat made with ripe bananas, vanilla Greek yogurt, and Nutella, offering a delicious blend of fruity, creamy, and chocolaty flavors.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt

½ cup Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread

Optional: chopped nuts or chocolate chips for added texture

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine ripe bananas and vanilla Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add Nutella and pulse a few times to swirl it into the mixture, keeping a marbled effect.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion.
  4. If desired, sprinkle the tops with chopped nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
  6. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull the sticks.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

For a thicker texture, use frozen bananas.

For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free yogurt and chocolate hazelnut spread.
