Description
These No Bake Veggie Pizza Bites are a quick and healthy snack or appetizer, made with fresh vegetables, cream cheese spread, and a sprinkle of mild cheese. No oven required, they’re ready in just 10 minutes and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 pieces of Naan (any flavor) or Flatbread
- 1 tub of onion & chive cream cheese (any flavor will work)
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
- 2 green onions, diced
- 1/2 cup broccoli, diced
- 3/4 cup shredded mild cheese
Instructions
- Lay the naan or flatbread on a clean surface.
- Spread a medium layer of cream cheese on each slice of naan/flatbread, covering the entire surface.
- Sprinkle the diced vegetables evenly over the cream cheese layer. Gently press the veggies into the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the veggies and gently press it into the cream cheese layer.
- Cut the naan or flatbread into bite-sized squares.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Best served fresh for optimal texture.
- Feel free to experiment with other veggies or add extra cheese or protein to make the bites heartier.
