Ingredients

For the Dough:

1 cup warm milk

2 tbsp active dry yeast

½ cup sugar

1/3 cup butter, melted

1 tsp salt

2 eggs

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Filling:

1 cup brown sugar, packed

2 tbsp ground cinnamon

1/3 cup butter, softened

For the Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

12 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough:

    • Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

    • Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.

  2. Prepare the Filling:

    • In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.

    • Roll out the dough on a floured surface, spread softened butter on top, and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over it.

  3. Roll and Cut:

    • Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut it into rolls.

    • Place the rolls in a greased baking pan and let them rise for another 20 minutes.

  4. Bake:

    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown.

  5. Glaze:

    • Drizzle over the warm rolls.
