- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: ½ cup cooked ground beef or Italian sausage for added protein
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Ravioli: If using frozen ravioli, cook according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- Prepare the Ricotta Mixture: In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Assemble the Lasagna:
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer half of the cooked ravioli over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta mixture and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers: ravioli, ricotta, marinara sauce, and mozzarella.
- Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then, uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve: Let the lasagna cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!

- Meat Lover’s: Add ground beef or Italian sausage for extra heartiness.
- Different Ravioli Flavors: Swap the cheese ravioli for other varieties, such as spinach or mushroom-filled.
- Extra Cheese: Add more mozzarella or Parmesan for an extra cheesy lasagna.
