2️⃣ Melt the Chips:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white baking chips and shortening in the microwave.
  • Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth and fully melted.

3️⃣ Add Color (Optional):

  • If using food coloring, stir in 2 to 4 drops of green food coloring to achieve your desired shade.

Notes

Add More Nuts: Swap out almonds for cashews, pistachios, or walnuts for a different crunch.
Chocolate Drizzle: Drizzle melted dark chocolate or milk chocolate over the bark for an extra layer of flavor.
Dried Fruit: Add dried cranberries, raisins, or dried cherries for a fruity twist.
Vegan Option: Replace the white baking chips with dairy-free white chocolate chips and use coconut oil instead of shortening for a vegan-friendly version.
