Description

Light & Fluffy Yogurt Cloud Cake is a soft and airy dessert with a slight tang from yogurt. Perfect for any occasion, this cake is light yet satisfying, making it the ideal treat when you crave something refreshing and subtly sweet.


Ingredients

For the Cake:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

3 large eggs

1 cup yogurt

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

Zest of 1 lemon (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
