Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and thawed lemonade concentrate until fully blended.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping, mixing just until everything is evenly combined.
- Stir in the lemon zest if using, then pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
- Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the pie is set and firm.
