Description

Lemonade Pie is a quick and easy no-bake dessert that combines sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping, and lemonade concentrate in a graham cracker crust for a refreshing, tangy treat.


Ingredients

1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

1 tablespoon lemon zest (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and thawed lemonade concentrate until fully blended.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping, mixing just until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Stir in the lemon zest if using, then pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
  4. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the pie is set and firm.
