Description

Keto Queso Dip is a creamy, low-carb dip made with cheese, heavy cream, and spices, perfect for keto snacking. With only 2 grams of carbs per serving, it’s ideal for a guilt-free, indulgent treat to complement veggies or chips.


Ingredients

2 cups Mexican style blend cheese

½ cup milk

1 pint heavy whipping cream

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp turmeric

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Heat the Dairy: Place a skillet or small pot over medium heat. Pour in the milk and heavy whipping cream, stirring occasionally until it starts to boil.
  2. Add the Spices: Once boiling, add garlic powder, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Stir and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. Melt the Cheese: Add the Mexican style blend cheese to the pot, stirring continuously until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Serve Hot: Serve immediately while hot, with your favorite low-carb snacks like veggies or chips.
