Description
This keto blue cheese dressing is a creamy and flavorful, low-carb dressing made with blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and other keto-friendly ingredients. Perfect for salads, vegetables, or chicken wings.
Ingredients
2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
5 tbsp mayonnaise
5 tbsp sour cream
1/12 cup milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dill, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Take a medium bowl and add all the ingredients: crumbled blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
- Using a spoon or immersion blender, mix all the ingredients together until you reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. If you like your dressing a little thinner, you can add more milk to get the right consistency.
Notes
This dressing can be made ahead of time to allow the flavors to meld.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
If you want a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce or cayenne pepper.
For a vegan version, substitute plant-based mayo and sour cream alternatives.
