Ingredients
1 large orange, peeled and segmented
1 large grapefruit, peeled and segmented
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1 cup coconut water (or almond milk)
½ teaspoon ginger (freshly grated or powdered)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Peel and segment the orange and grapefruit, removing seeds.
- Slice the banana into pieces.
- If using fresh spinach, wash thoroughly under cold water.
- In a blender, combine orange, grapefruit, banana, spinach, honey (if using), coconut water, and ginger.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add more honey if desired for sweetness.
- If too thick, add extra coconut water to reach preferred consistency.
