  • Popsicle sticks

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Ice Cream Bars

  • Scoop vanilla ice cream into molds or shape into bars using a spoon.
  • Insert a popsicle stick into each bar and freeze until solid (around 2-3 hours).

2️⃣ Melt the Chocolate

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

3️⃣ Dip the Bars

  • Once the ice cream bars are frozen solid, dip each one into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.

4️⃣ Add Toppings

  • While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle crushed nuts, crushed cookies, or sprinkles on top.
  • You can also drizzle white chocolate or add crushed candies for extra texture.

5️⃣ Refreeze

  • Place the chocolate-coated bars back in the freezer for about 30 minutes to set.

6️⃣ Enjoy!

  • Once frozen solid, remove from the freezer and enjoy your delicious homemade chocolate ice cream bars!
