Description

A fresh and easy Greek yogurt berry parfait layered with creamy yogurt, juicy berries, and crunchy granola, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dessert with no cooking required.

Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries; fresh or frozen)

1 cup granola

2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the berries by rinsing and drying fresh berries or thawing frozen berries slightly.
  2. In a glass or bowl, add a layer of Greek yogurt.
  3. Top with a layer of mixed berries and a sprinkle of granola.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with berries and granola.
  5. Drizzle honey over the top if desired.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

Keep granola separate until serving to maintain crunch.

Flavored yogurt can reduce the need for added sweeteners.

Clear glasses make the layered presentation more appealing.

Best enjoyed fresh.
