Instructions
- Prepare the Dough:
- Combine warm milk and sugar in a large bowl. Sprinkle yeast over the top and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and salt. Whisk to combine.
- Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Assemble the Rolls:
- Punch the risen dough down. Roll it into a 12×18-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough from the long edge into a log, sealing the seam.
- Slice the log into 12 equal pieces.
- Second Rise:
- Place the sliced rolls, cut-side up, into a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes until puffy.
- Bake:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
