Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger are a delicious and fun twist on the classic cheeseburger. These bite-sized, dough-wrapped balls are filled with savory ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and seasoned with garlic and Parmesan. Perfect for parties, game nights, or a quick family meal, these cheesy bombs offer all the great flavors of a cheeseburger in one irresistible snack!

Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cubed cheese for gooey centers)

For the Bombs:

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it cool slightly.
  • Prepare the Dough: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
  • Assemble the Bombs: Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle, then top with shredded cheddar cheese. Fold the dough over the filling to form a ball, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
  • Bake the Bombs: Arrange the dough balls on the baking sheet, seam side down. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan, then brush the mixture over each bomb.
  • Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
  • Serve: Let the bombs cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

  • You can add extra toppings like sautéed onions, pickles, or hot sauce for a more customized flavor.
  • Use a variety of cheeses such as mozzarella or Swiss for a different taste.
  • The bombs can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
