Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger are a flavorful twist on classic cheeseburgers, wrapped in golden, flaky biscuit dough. Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven – Set oven to 375°F (190°C).

2️⃣ Cook Ground Beef – Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.

3️⃣ Mix in Flavorings – Stir in garlic powder and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined. Remove from heat.

4️⃣ Prepare Dough – Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle.

5️⃣ Assemble Bombs – Place a spoonful of the beef mixture into the center of each dough circle. Add extra cheddar cheese if desired.

6️⃣ Seal & Shape – Fold edges over the filling, pinching to seal and form a ball.

7️⃣ Top with Parmesan – Arrange seam-side down on a baking sheet and sprinkle grated parmesan on top.

8️⃣ Bake – Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
