Description

Garlic Mushrooms Cauliflower Skillet is a quick, healthy, and flavorful dish featuring tender cauliflower florets and earthy mushrooms sautéed with fragrant garlic and herbs. Perfect as a side or light main.


Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

8 oz mushrooms, sliced (any variety)

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften and turn golden.
  3. Stir in sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until mushrooms release moisture and soften.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and dried thyme if using. Sauté for 2 more minutes to blend flavors.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
