Description

Garlic Butter Steak Tips with Cheesy Rigatoni is a rich, comforting dish featuring tender steak tips in a creamy garlic butter sauce, paired with cheesy rigatoni pasta. This quick, indulgent meal is perfect for both weeknight dinners and special occasions, ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

12 oz rigatoni pasta

1 lb steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces

3 tbsp butter, divided

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the rigatoni pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak tips with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sear in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer, then toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce.

  • Combine the steak tips with the pasta, garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan, and serve.

Notes

You can swap the steak tips for chicken or shrimp for variety.

Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor and nutrients.

Use a different type of pasta, such as penne or ziti, for a variation.
