These Fruity Pebbles Treats are a colorful and fun no-bake dessert made with buttery marshmallows and vibrant fruity cereal. Soft, chewy, and packed with bright flavor, they’re perfect for parties, quick treats, or nostalgic sweet cravings.
Ingredients
½ cup salted butter
3 cups mini marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter completely.
- Add the mini marshmallows and vanilla extract to the melted butter. Stir continuously until the marshmallows are fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch pan.
- Allow the bars to cool at room temperature for about 1 hour, or until fully set.
- Slice into 12 bars and serve.
Notes
Do not overheat the marshmallow mixture to prevent hard bars.
No need to grease the pan as the butter prevents sticking.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
For faster setting, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
You can substitute regular marshmallows using the same volume measurement.
Optional add-ins include white chocolate drizzle, extra marshmallows, or sprinkles.
Freezing is possible but may slightly alter the texture.
