Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark is a creamy, crunchy, and protein-packed frozen snack made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and dark chocolate chips. This guilt-free treat is easy to make, no-bake, and perfect for meal prep or a healthy indulgence.
Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat for creaminess)
¾ cup peanut butter
¼ cup vanilla protein powder
1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Flaked sea salt (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on it, about ½ inch thick.
- Sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top, gently pressing them into the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely firm.
- Break into bite-sized pieces and store in a freezer-safe container.
Notes
Use almond butter or cashew butter instead of peanut butter.
Add chopped nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
Swap vanilla protein powder for chocolate or unflavored.
Sprinkle shredded coconut or dried fruit on top before freezing.
