Description

Refreshing mango strawberry swirled slushies made with fresh fruit, honey, and ice. These vibrant drinks are perfect for summer and naturally sweet with a delightful swirl.

Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

¼ cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

1 cup cold water

2 cups ice cubes, divided

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine diced mangoes, 2 tablespoons honey or sugar, ½ cup cold water, and 1 cup ice cubes. Blend until smooth and slushy. Transfer the mango mixture to a separate container and set aside.
  2. Rinse the blender. Add sliced strawberries, remaining honey or sugar, ½ cup cold water, and the remaining ice cubes. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  3. To create a swirl, alternately spoon layers of mango and strawberry slush into glasses.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen mangoes or strawberries for a thicker, frostier texture.

Add lime juice for a tangy twist.

Store separately in freezer and re-blend before serving.

Try with coconut or almond milk for a creamy twist.
